hey there! so, yeah, my name is sireand i have an alcohol problem. this is the part where you all say "hello sire" and welcome to the meeting. ahem. fine.
i'm seventeen, but no one needs to know that. i'm pretty sure i'm the youngest here at cri de coeur, and i do the trapeze thing. i'm quite good at it, but you'll just have to see for yourself. i'm one of hte girls that get thrown two thirds of the way across the tent. it's such a rush. i love it. anyways.
i grew up quite privileged i guess. my family used to live in LA until the fire. that was already a year ago, and i had already made my way to san fran. lucky me. so, yeah, we had money. my dad was into movie work, like producing and writing sometimes, and my mom was this real famous model back in her day. i skipped a few grades and graduated early, like a boss, but i decided a long time ago that i was going to go into dance and use my body while i could. you've got a mind forever, but your body is something to utilize at its peak. i used to spend my saturdays working on trapeze with a tutor -- yeah, i was that girl, still am, the one that did her best to be different -- and like i said, i kind of rock.
i'd been taking classes at uc san fran when i got the news about my parents, and, i don't know. i guess i kind of stopped seeing a point to routine. i had never followed a routine in all my life -- barely seventeen and living on my own in san fransisco? -- and there was nothing to do but as they all say, drop out of college and go run away to the circus, the greatest show in town.
so here i am, brand new and ready for the catching. i don't know if the ringleader knows about my age -- if he caught on, he didn't say so, and if he does, i've got the money to get my way. but i hope that he and the rest of cri de coeur see my potential. i've got it. and i want to use it. i'm just thankful i've been given the chance to do so.
